Israel’s interior minister began a three-day visit to Ethiopia to assess the situation of the Falash Mura and finding ways to speed up the process of deciding who is eligible to immigrate to Israel. Representatives of the Jewish Agency for Israel, the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee and other Jewish organizations accompanied Natan Sharansky.
