Israel’s military intelligence chief said the U.N.-brokered cease-fire in Lebanon was unlikely to hold. Maj. Gen. Amos Yadlin told Israel’s Cabinet on Sunday that while the government of Lebanese Prime Minister Fouad Siniora may be sincere, its leverage over Hezbollah is limited.
