Israel’s Minister to Rumania Asks to Be Recalled from His Post, Government Reveals

An official spokesman of the Israel Government today announced that Reuven Rubin, Israel’s Minister to Rumania, has asked the Israel Foreign Ministry to recall him to Tel Aviv.

Capt. J. Frothingham and Col. S. Andrews, naval and military attaches, respectively, in the U.S. Embassy in Tel Aviv, were transferred today to Washington. They are expected to be replaced soon.
