Israel’s top two U.N. diplomats will end their terms Tuesday. Yehuda Lancry, Israel’s permanent representative to the United Nations, will be replaced Wednesday by Dan Gillerman, head of Israel’s Chambers of Commerce. Lancry’s deputy, Aaron Jacob, will be succeeded by Arye Mekel, who previously has worked for Israel’s Foreign Ministry.
