Israel’s Washington Embassy has been asked to seek an appointment for Mayor Teddy Kollek with U. S. Secretary of State Alexander Haig next week since the mayor cannot make the slated meeting this Thursday for technical reasons. Sources close to Kollek said that if the Washington meeting proves impossible to set up the mayor would confer with Haig when he visits Israel.
