Issue Appeal for Aid for Bessarabian Jews

An appeal for assistance for the Jewish population in the famine stricken regions of Bessarabia was issued by the United Roumanian Jews of America. A special meeting of the Board was called for February 11 to consider measures to be taken immediately.
