Oscar Scalfaro, Undersecretary of the Ministry of the Interior, denied here today that the Italian secret police of the Mussolini Government had collaborated with Adolf Eichmann on the capture and deportation of Italian Jews during World War II.

Mr. Scalfaro entered the denial in response to an inquiry by a Communist member of Parliament, who alleged that the fascist secret police had conducted such negotiations with Eichmann, the Nazi who directed the murder of 6,000,000 Jews, and who is now awaiting trial in Israel.
