Problems concerning American Jewish aid for needy Jews abroad will be discussed at the 38th annual meeting of the Joint Distribution Committee Saturday evening at the Hotel Astor. Highlighting the conference will be first-hand reports on the present situation of distressed Jews in Europe and Moslem lands and on aid now being provided by J.D.C. for “hard core” cases in Israel.
