Israel Jacobson, director for Hungary of the Joint Distribution Committee, who was expelled by the Hungarian Government after being detained incommuncado for nearly two weeks, arrived here today, it was announced by Moses A. Leavitt, J.D.C. executive vice-chairman. Mr. Jacobson returned to the U.S. to confer with J.D.C. officials, the announcement said.
