James N. Rosenberg, vice-chairman of the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee, arrived here yesterday with Dr. Bernard A. Kahn.
The guests, accompanied by Dr. Joseph Rosen, head of the Agro-joint, the agency of the Joint Distribution Committee for colonization work in Russia, will leave for a three weeks trip through the Jewish colonies and small towns.
