J. W. V. Annual Convention

It was announced yesterday by officials of Colonel Harry Cutler Post No. 3. Jewish War Veterans of the United States, that plans were formulated at its last meeting for participation in the annual convention of the J. W. V., to be held in New Britain, Conn., from Aug. 31 to Sept. 4.
