Mrs. Bertha Krause, president of the National Ladies Auxiliary of the Jewish War Veterans of the United States, warned today that “a huge bulk of hate literature might flood the mails during the closing days of the election campaign.” Launching a drive against “a rising tide of vicious, anti-Catholic hate literature,” she urged public repudiation of “these salacious hate publications.”
