Jabotinsky Urges 3-Power Rule

Joint administration of Palestine by Britain, the United States and Poland was proposed today by Vladimir Jabotinsky, president of the New Zionist Organization, addressing a rally in protest against Britain’s plan for an independent Holy Land state. Outlining a three-point program, Mr. Jabotinsky also suggested the convening of a Jewish Congress of Eastern Europe in support of the Zionist cause in Palestine and the consolidation of the N.Z.O. with the World Zionist cause in Palesting and the consolidation of the N.Z.O. with the World Zionist Organization with the purpose of creating a "committee of rescue."
