Jacob T. Zukerman, noted Jewish social worker, was sworn in by Mayor Robert F. Wagner today as a judge of the Family Court. Mr. Zukerman is executive director of the Family Location Service and president of the Workmen’s Circle, largest Jewish fraternal order. He has served as vice-chairman of the Jewish Labor Committee and president of the National Conference of Jewish Communal Service.
