Under the leadership of Magistrate Benjamin Marvin, the Jamaica committee of the United Palestine Appeal has been organized with $10,000 as a goal. Harry Sirkin has been named the treasurer of the campaign and other leaders include David J. Levenson and Abraham Serel.

Confident that the Jamaica quota can be reached without the usual campaign dinner, the committee has decided on a personal solicitation drive during the next two weeks. Campaign teams are being organized. The local drive is in conjunction with the $1,500,000 Greater New York campaign.
