A Japanese legation will be opened in Israel in September, it was officially reported here from Toyko. (In Washington today, Japanese Ambassador Eikichi Araki paid a courtesy call on the Israel Embassy and discussed diplomatic and economic relations with Ambassador Abba Eban.)
