Israeli Ambassador Yosef Tekoah told newsmen today that Dr. Gunnar V. Jarring, the United Nations’ Middle East representative, wants clarifications from him on points discussed by Dr. Jarring with Israeli leaders in Jerusalem. Tekoah indicated that this represented an attempt by the intermediary to renew his peace mission. Tekoah did not say when he would meet with Dr. Jarring.
