Dissemination of Nazi propaganda in New Jersey is prohibited in a bill passed by the Assembly today and sponsored by John J. Rafferty.

Dissemination of propaganda against any race, color or religion is prohibited. Fines of $200 to $5,000 or ninety days to three years in jail, or both, are the penalties for violating the law.
