Completion of the first Talmndic concordance in Israel was hailed here today at a ceremony presided over by Education Minister Zalman Shazar. Compiler of the monumental concordance is Rabbi Mordecai Koshowitzki, who until recently–when the government provided him with assistance–had been preparing the volume single-handed.
