Jew in Czechoslovakia Gets Heavy Sentence for Distributing Relief

A Czechoslovak Jew has been sentenced to 30 months, imprisonment by a Czech court on the charge of allegedly distributing money said to be coming as relief from the Joint Distribution Committee, it was reported here today. The DC is banned in Czechoslovakia. The Jew is Rudolf Zealand, member of the Synagogue Council of Harder Kraals.
