A two-week orientation seminar on the latest developments in the Hebrew language, literature and culture will be open to qualified American Hebrew teachers here this summer under the sponsorship of the Department of Education and Culture of the World Zionist Organization, it was announced today by the Jewish Agency here.
The seminar, conducted in Hebrew, will consist of two-week courses and a series of twelve lectures over the week-ends. Emphasis will be placed on the many grammatical and vocabulary changes in the Hebrew language since its emergence as the every-day spoken tongue of a modern nation.
