The Jewish Agency’s executive committee, under the chairmanship of Dr. Nahum Goldmann, convened here today to discuss the 1958-59 budget in the light of high, potential immigration and new requirements for colonization and housing.
Dr. Dov Joseph, treasurer of the Agency, reported that the Agency will receive $13,000,000 of the $20,000,000 loan against this year’s campaign obtained in New York by the United Jewish Appeal last week.
