Members of the Jewish Agency executive will leave Monday for the United States to participate in a plenary session of the executive scheduled to be held in New York, it was learned here today. They will be headed by Burl Locker, chairman of the Agency’s executive in Jerusalem, and will include Dr. Israel Goldstein, treasurer.
