The initiation of a joint Israel-Jordan anti-malaria campaign in Jerusalem–both in the Old City and in the Jewish sector–was discussed today by Jewish and Arab physicians, who met at Mandelbaum’s Gate. Another meeting is scheduled to be held later in the week.

A farewell reception for Col. Lewis Hudson, retiring United Nations chairman of the Israel-Jordan mixed armistice commission, was tendered here last night. Col. Hudson will return home to the United States this week-end.
