A Jewish Book Fair, held here for the last six weeks under the sponsorship of the Buenos Aires Jewish community, ended last night and was declared by the sponsors to have been a vast success.
During the fair, it was reported, 16,000 copies of books in Hebrew, Yiddish and Spanish were sold for a total of $25,000. In addition, recordings of Jewish music were sold for $4,000, and Jewish religious objects worth $2,000 were bought by the visitors to the fair.
