Fourth of July will be celebrated this year by several hundred Y.M.H.A.’s, Y.W.H.A.’s and Jewish Community Centers affiliated with the Jewish National Welfare Board, in a fitting fashion, with mass outdoor programs as the main feature of the celebrations.
