Jewish Congressman Resigns from House of Representatives

Speaker of the House Joseph W. Martin announced this week-end the resignation of a Jewish congressman, Louis B. Heller, New York Democrat. Rep. Heller has been sworn in as Associate Justice of the Court of Special Sessions in New York by Mayor Robert F. Wagner.
