Designed to create mutual understanding and appreciation among Jews, Catholics and Protestants, the Religious Good Will League has decided to incorporate. At a meeting of the executive committee in the Southern Hotel Tuesday night the constitution and by-laws of the organization were adopted, temporary officers were elected and the name of the association changed to the League for Inter-religious Good Will.

The Rev. Dr. Peter Ainslie, pastor of the Christian Temple, was elected temporary president; William H. Gideon, a Jew, was elected temporary treasurer, and William H. Claire, a Christian Scientist, was chosen temporary secretary.

Jews attending the meeting were Jacob Epstein, Dr. Harry Friedenwald, Rabbi Edward L. Israel, of the Har Sinai Temple; Reuben Oppenheimer, Dr. David E. Weglein, Superintendent of the Public Schools of Baltimore, and Mr. Gideon.

The board of managers will be composed of nine men from each of the three main groups. In addition to the executive committee, six standing committees will be appointed to deal with education, social service, program, publicity and publications, entertainment and extension.

In election of officers the president and the two vice-presidents will represent the three different groups.
