A bill to establish an understate secretariat for the affairs of the national minorities in the Republic of Poland is now being drafted by the Club of Jewish Deputies and will be introduced into parliament, it was learned here today.
According to the bill, the understate secretariat for the national minorities, although technically a part of the Ministry of the Interior, is to be directly responsible to the Prime Minister.
