Jacobo Schaulson, only Jew in the Chilean Parliament, was this weekend elected permanent president of the Chamber of Deputies, the Lower House of Parliament. A member of the very strong Radical Party in this country, Mr. Schaulson was chosen provisional head of the Chamber during the preliminary reorganization of Parliament last week.
