Jewish Egypt Called Upon to Make “generous” Contributions to Fund Against Zionism

The Jews in Egypt were called upon today to contribute “generously” to the “Save Palestine Fund” established by the Arab League. The ## issued by the youth section of the Cairo Moslem Al Azhar University, the ## of Elders of which have proclaimed a “holy war” against the Jews in Palestine.

Only by contributing to the Arab League fund and thereby “proclaiming their ## with the Arab nation” can the Jews in Egypt show “specific proof” that they ## Zionists, the call says, The text of the fund-raising appeal was published ##wan Muslimoon, organ of the Moslem Bortherhood which is conducting a firerce ##gn against the U.N. decision to partition Palestine.

Reuters today reported that the Aga Khan of India, considered the richest man ## world, has informed Emir Ismail Suleiman, head of the Ismailite sect in Syria, ##he would contribute $120,000,000 worth of gold for the “redemption” of all of Palestine, if the U.N. did not deviate from its partition decision. Aga Khan is the ##me head of the Ismailites.

Reuters also reported that the headquarters of the Arab League received about ## offers from veterans in the United States to serve in Arab units against the ## of Palestine. Among those offering their services are two with the rank of ## general, the report added.
