The reports deal with the emigration from Hungary, which has increased in recent years because of the difficult economic situation in the country. It appears that the emigrants went to many countries, including Brazil, Siberia and Palestine.
The report mentions the fact that the Budapest Polytechnic has supplied several engineers for Palestine and that four Hungarian professors are instructors at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. Several groups of Hungarian Jews have established colonies, the report states.
The Congregational Church wherein President Coolidge worships is building a national shrine. In the meantime, it has accepted the invitation of the Washington Hebrew Congregation for Sunday night services.
