Jewish Funds for Justice earmarked $225,000 for Katrina rebuilding projects. The redevelopment funds, announced last week, will go toward rebuilding communities in Louisiana and Mississippi most affected by Hurricanes Katrina and Rita, a release from the group said.
The Archive of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency includes articles published from 1923 to 2008. Archive stories reflect the journalistic standards and practices of the time they were published.
