Jewish groups in Canada welcomed a decision by Canada’s Supreme Court reinstating a deportation order against a man for fomenting hate. Leon Mugesera was accused of hate-mongering and inciting genocide against the Tutsi minority in a speech he gave in his native Rwanda in 1992.
