The central Jewish organizations of four South American countries have already decided to send “fraternal delegations” to the next World Zionist Congress, to be convened here in December, it was announced here today by Yaacov Tsur, a member of the Jewish Agency executive. Mr. Tsur reported that Argentina will send six delegates; Brazil four; Uruguay two; and Chile. two.
