Jewish groups joined a demonstration in front of the Swiss Parliament to protest the official visit there by Austria’s chancellor. “Shame on You, Switzerland,” read one protest banner. Switzerland, which is not a member of the European Union, has refused to abide by E.U. diplomatic sanctions imposed after the xenophobic Freedom Party became a member of the Austrian government.
