An announcement by the official Court Bureau confirms a report already published in the Berlin “Montagspost”, regarding the expulsion of Jewish judges from the Criminal and Summary Courts. It states that all Jewish judges are to be transferred from Criminal Courts to Civil Courts and all Jewish officials are to be removed from public attorney’s offices. This is in fulfillment of a demand made by the Nazi Lawyers’ Union.
