Jewish leaders will dedicate a Torah at the U.S. Capitol that memorializes U.S. and Israeli victims of terrorism. Officials from the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations will be in Washington on Thursday to hold meetings with Senate Democrats and Republicans, as well as officials at the National Security Council and State Department.
