The Jewish National Council of Palestine today voted a campaign of complete non-cooperation between the Jewish community of Palestine and the Palestine Government. The action was taken in a six-hour plenary session attended by Jewish mayors and heads of community councils of Jewish settlements and villages.

The resolution called for the withdrawal of all Jews from government advisory committees except the Veterans’ Civilian Resettlement Committee and the Citrus Marketing Committee, on which both Jews and Arabs serve. The resolution was adopted unanimously although previously there had been some opposition to full implementation of such a policy.
