Jewish organizations are concerned about a U.S. State Department report released last week that said the United States still will not offer rewards for information about American citizens killed by Palestinian terrorists. In the semiannual report, the State Department said its international program offering rewards for information leading to the arrest or conviction of terrorists who have hurt U.S. citizens does not apply to Israel, the West Bank and Gaza Strip.
