Paul Rafaelson, a former Jewish overseer at the Zosen labor camp, was executed this week-end shortly after he was sentenced by a Peoples Court here.
Rafaelson was the first Jew to receive a death sentence for crimes committed during the Nazi occupation. He was convicted of extreme cruelty to Jewish prisoners at Zesen. It is expected that the Prague Peoples Court will complete its docket of war crimes cases early this week.
