See Original Daily Bulletin From This Date

An appeal to the Jewish public to come to the aid of the Jewish students in European Universities, has been issued by the executive committee appointed at the recent meeting of representatives of European Jewish students associations.

The provisional committee is located in Vienna and has a temporary representative in London. It is proposed to convene a World Congress around the beginning of October, the object of which will be to adopt measures looking to the mitigation of admission limitations in force or about to come into force in the universities in the various European capitals.

The “moral and material help” of the Jewish public is invoked in this task.
