The French-language paper France-Amerique, published here, announced today the receipt of the following telegram from General Charles de Gaulle, in reply to an inquiry from its business manager, Emile Paulin:

“There is not the least doubt that the re-establishment of the Jews in their rights is going to be insured by the French Committee of National Liberation.”
