The Goldschmidt School here, a Jewish institution which has hitherto been maintained by the Turkish authorities as a model non-Moslem school, has not been allowed to re-open after the summer vacation on a pretext that certain necessary formalities in connection with the re-opening of the school have not been carried out by the Turkish manager of the school.
