The Delta Phi Epsilon Sorority, holding its 22nd biennial convention in Washington, today presented a plaque to Israel Ambassador Abba Eban at the Israel Embassy. Mr. Eban was cited for “his exemplary contribution as a pioneer from a new, hopeful nation in a world seeking peace.”
