Prayers were offered by a group of teen-agers here yesterday for the granting of full cultural and religious rights to three million Russian Jews by the Soviet Government. The youngsters were among 1600 members of the United Synagogue of America (Conservative) Youth who gathered here for the organization’s 18th annual convention. They deplored Soviet anti-Semitic manifestations and declared that international coexistence depended in part on the end of discrimination against Soviet Jews.
