The American Jewish Tercentenary Committee today announced the formation of a committee to plan religious and educational activities for the observance in 1954 of the 300th anniversary of Jewish settlement in the United States. The committee is headed by Rabbi Simon G. Kramer, president of the Synagogue Council of America.
