The Wiener Morgen today quoted Prof. Rappard, vice-president of the League of Nations Mandates Commission, as stating that partition of Palestine has definitely been decided upon as the solution of Arab-Jewish difficulties and that two-thirds of Palestine will be embodied in a Jewish republic.

A partition scheme will be presented to the commission at the end of July, Prof. Rappard reputedly stated, and Dr. Chaim Weizmann, president of the Jewish Agency for Palestine, has been invited to Geneva.
