Jews in Britain Express “abhorrence” of Anti-negro Demonstrations

In a forthright statement condemning the recent race rioters in London and other British cities, R.N. Carvalho, president of the Angle-Jewish Association, linked the anti-Negro demonstrations with anti-Jewish and anti-foreign propaganda of the Fascist Union Movement.

Addressing the AJC Council tonight, Mr. Carvalho voiced "horror" at the actions of white mobs and extended his concern and sympathy to the colored people who were targets of the recent riots.
