The Central Committee of the organized Jewish community of Mexico asked the West German Ambassador here today to pass on to the Bonn Government a request that indemnification payments due in 1966 to certain groups of victims of Nazism, including about 150,000 Jews, should not be deferred. The envoy said he would forward the request to the authorities in Bonn.
(Similar requests have been submitted by Jewish groups in a number of countries during the last days, according to reports received by the Jewish Telegraphic Agency. The German Ambassadors in those countries pledged to transmit these requests to their Government in Bonn)
